Agency Implementation Sprint
A bounded implementation assignment inside your existing codebase: a React component, a defined feature, an integration or a repair.
Includes
- Scope and acceptance criteria agreed in writing before work starts
- Work delivered in your repository, on a branch, ready for review
- Tests appropriate to the change and a short handover note
- When in scope: extend, repair or harden existing assistant, retrieval or tool-calling features in the repo

Starting prices. Amounts exclude IVA (VAT) and third-party costs (hosting, domains, paid APIs, licences). For Portuguese companies and EU/UK business buyers with a valid VAT ID, the reverse-charge mechanism applies (0% on invoice; customer accounts for VAT). For B2C clients, applicable IVA/VAT is added at the legal rate. Final scope, deliverables, exclusions, and the confirmed price are set out in writing in the agreed currency before work starts.

Care plans are optional and depend on the scope of the contracted service. Plans can be changed or cancelled anytime.

What is a Systems Assessment?
A broader paid technical review when architecture, risk and roadmap decisions are needed before build. You receive current-state assessment, risks, recommendations, a priority roadmap and estimated implementation scope. It is not the same scope as a Technical / Workflow Review.
How much does a typical engagement cost?
Technical / Workflow Review is €350–€500; a broader Systems Assessment is €1,000–€3,000. Focused systems work is €3,000–€8,000+. Larger operational platforms start at from €10,000. Agency entry starts at from €550; bounded integrations from from €1,500. A written scope follows after we understand the system.
Which offer is right for me?

Do you build chatbots or AI assistants?
Only when scope is written and bounded-for example staff Q&A over approved documents with citations and explicit refusals when the source does not support an answer, or tool-using workflows wired to your systems. Do I need hosting?
Yes. All websites require hosting. You can use your own provider or choose managed hosting via Iron Signal Works.
What happens if I already have hosting?
The site can be deployed to your provider. Initial setup is included. Ongoing maintenance is either handled by your team or covered by a support plan.
CMS & content editing
CMS/admin interfaces are recommended for blogs, content-heavy sites, product catalogs, and teams updating frequently. For simpler sites, updates are usually handled through care plans or support requests to keep systems faster, safer, and easier to maintain. CMS / content editing add-on: +€200 (scoped based on complexity).
What if something breaks later?
Care-plan clients receive priority support. Outside plans, fixes are handled as support work.
Do you provide training or documentation?
Yes. Projects include handover documentation and usage guidance where relevant.
How long does a typical project take?
Small sites typically take about one week. Larger builds or apps usually take 4-8+ weeks depending on scope.
What happens after launch?
You receive a fully working website and handover materials. Ongoing updates are handled through a care plan or support requests.
