All projects include production deployment and initial launch configuration. Post-launch responsibility depends on the selected hosting arrangement.
If the client provides hosting, they are responsible for provider availability and infrastructure issues unless ongoing maintenance is contracted.
System Care plans include the services and the monthly engineering hours stated for each plan (Essential, Standard, Extended). Unused hours do not roll over. Each plan covers one delivered system; additional systems are quoted separately. Managed hosting targets 99.5% monthly uptime excluding planned maintenance and upstream provider outages. Incident response target for production-blocking issues is within one business day.
Requests beyond agreed scope may require a revised quote and timeline.
Projects typically require a deposit before work begins and final payment before launch. Exact terms are confirmed per project.
After full payment, the client receives rights to the completed website. Iron Signal Works may showcase the project in portfolio materials.
A broader paid technical review when architecture, risk and roadmap decisions are needed before build. You receive current-state assessment, risks, recommendations, a priority roadmap and estimated implementation scope. It is not the same scope as a Technical / Workflow Review.
Technical / Workflow Review is €350–€500; a broader Systems Assessment is €1,000–€3,000. Focused systems work is €3,000–€8,000+. Larger operational platforms start at from €10,000. Agency entry starts at from €550; bounded integrations from from €1,500. A written scope follows after we understand the system.
Agencies with a defined task in an existing repository: Agency Implementation Sprint. One bounded API or data integration: Integration Sprint. Companies with an unclear manual workflow: Technical / Workflow Review. A product or infrastructure decision before build: Systems Assessment. One recurring task with supported tools: Simple Automation.
Only when scope is written and bounded-for example staff Q&A over approved documents with citations and explicit refusals when the source does not support an answer, or tool-using workflows wired to your systems. We do not sell open-ended chatbots, fine-tuning, or uncapped third-party model API spend. See the engineering standard for AI governance.
Yes. All websites require hosting. You can use your own provider or choose managed hosting via Iron Signal Works.
The site can be deployed to your provider. Initial setup is included. Ongoing maintenance is either handled by your team or covered by a support plan.
CMS/admin interfaces are recommended for blogs, content-heavy sites, product catalogs, and teams updating frequently. For simpler sites, updates are usually handled through care plans or support requests to keep systems faster, safer, and easier to maintain. CMS / content editing add-on: +€200 (scoped based on complexity).
Care-plan clients receive priority support. Outside plans, fixes are handled as support work.
Yes. Projects include handover documentation and usage guidance where relevant.
Small sites typically take about one week. Larger builds or apps usually take 4-8+ weeks depending on scope.
You receive a fully working website and handover materials. Ongoing updates are handled through a care plan or support requests.
